A-      Ahmed El Sherbiny - Founder 

B-      Khalid El Hossiny - Fully qualified chartered accountant - Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, 1975. 
Area of Expertise: In charge of Bankruptcies - Establishing and dissolving companies.

Bankruptcies - This entails assuming company management, paying off 
debts and collecting owed money, and if necessary dissolving the 
company . Our bankruptcy group undertakes substantial debtor and creditor 

committee representations, as well as more common direct representations of individual creditors.  We represent a wide range of parties involved in creditors' rights issues, including secured creditors, lessors, licensors, and acquirors of entities in bankuptcy.

navigate through tight situations, and where necessary, the complexities of commercial bankruptcy. 

The Sherbiny Law Firm's litigators work hard to counsel our clients in

Real Estate - The registration, acquisition and selling of real estate. 
Members of the firm conduct real estate settlements for persons purchasing or refinancing properties.

Labour disputes - The Sherbiny Law Firm has an impressive record in local employment law matters.  Our litigators have extensive experience 
epresenting private and public employers in suits arising out of the 
employment relationship, including allegations of wrongful termination, 
disability discrimination, and wrongful termination in violation of public 
policy.  Our employment litigators also routinely represent employers and employees in connection with administrative complaints.
